How long does it take to receive my package?
For members using the will call service in Anchorage the maximum wait time once a package is received in
Seattle is 2 to 4 business days. For example, packages that are received on a Monday in Seattle will be ready for pick-up
in Anchorage on Wednesday of the same week.
What is the maximum package size for Anchorage?
Any package that exceeds the following dimensions will be treated as Over- Sized and subject to higher rates.
- Length: 124 inches
- Width: 60 inches
- Height: 60 inches

Is there a minimum package size for Anchorage?
No. However, all packages shipped using our service will incur a minimum charge of $8.
How do I get my packages when they arrive in Anchorage?
To limit overhead costs and keep shipping rates as low as possible we do not deliver packages to your door. Our convenient
pickup counter located in a warehouse next to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport can be visited any time during normal business hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
How long can I leave my package in your warehouse?
Members will be charged a stocking fee of $5/day for packages that are not picked up within 5 business days. To keep our shipping costs low we are forced to limit the storing of packages in our warehouse.
Can anyone retrieve packages for me at the pick-up counter in Anchorage?
No. Only persons authorized by you are able to pick up packages on your behalf. As a member you have the ability to designate multiple individuals in your account who are authorized to sign for packages at the pick-up counter. We require a valid ID and signature before we release your packages.
